- Portfolio demonstrating a range of work across digital and marketing channels
- Expert command of the English language and grammar
- Ability to balance creativity with clarity and business objectives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and effective communication
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of Atlassian suites (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) not a must, but a bonus
