Position Summary:
The Dippin' Dots Stand Employee is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient service while creating a fun experience for every guest. Team members prepare and serve frozen treats, operate the cash register, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards are met throughout the day.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Accurately take orders and process cash and credit card transactions.
- Scoop and serve Dippin' Dots products quickly and neatly.
- Restock cups, spoons, napkins, toppings, and other supplies as needed.
- Keep the stand clean, organized, and inviting throughout the night.
- Monitor product levels and notify a supervisor when inventory is running low.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Properly handle and store products according to Dippin' Dots standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and securing inventory.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable handling money and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Able to follow directions and food safety procedures.
- Previous food service experience is helpful but not required.
