We are looking for a dedicated and personable Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guests with an outstanding breakfast experience. Your duties will include preparing and presenting food items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for food service and a strong commitment to hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments.
- Ensure the breakfast area remains clean and tidy, including tables, counters, and equipment during and after breakfast hours. Manage waste disposal as needed.
- Maintain coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers by stocking them appropriately.
- Take daily inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Order or procure necessary food supplies to meet operational needs.
- Assist guests in a friendly and attentive manner to ensure a memorable breakfast experience.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and provide assistance when needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of meal preparation techniques is essential.
- Strong team player with a proactive and helpful attitude.
