Duties

• Set up and organize activity stations, equipment, and event spaces to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise recreational activities, games, or entertainment sessions tailored to different age groups.
• Monitor guest behavior during activities to promote safety, resolve conflicts promptly, and enforce rules.
• Manage cash handling and processing transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems for ticket sales or merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality or working with children is highly desirable but not necessary.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Experience working at event venues or in outdoor settings enhances your suitability for this role.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting safely.
• Basic math skills for cash transactions and POS system operation.
• Comfortable speaking publicly; theater or public speaking experience is advantageous.

Pay: $8.00 - $14.00 per hour
