The Apple Cider Donut Trailer Attendant is responsible for creating a fun, friendly, and efficient guest experience while preparing and serving our fresh apple cider donuts. This team member keeps the trailer clean, well-stocked, and operating safely while providing outstanding customer service. Every guest should leave with a smile—and a warm, delicious donut.
Essential Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Welcome every guest with a positive attitude and friendly greeting.
- Answer questions about donut flavors, pricing, and menu items.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Ensure every order is correct before serving.
- Thank guests and invite them to visit again.
Food Preparation
- Prepare fresh apple cider donuts according to recipes and procedures.
- Make donuts as needed while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor cooking and warming equipment to ensure products are fresh and safe.
- Package donuts neatly for guests.
Trailer Operations
- Open and prepare the trailer before guests arrive.
- Keep workstations stocked with donuts, glaze, boxes, napkins, bags, and supplies.
- Monitor ingredient levels and notify supervisors before supplies run low.
- Maintain clean counters, equipment, and guest service areas throughout the day.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Cleaning & Closing
- Wash utensils, trays, and equipment.
- Clean fryers, glazing stations, counters, and floors according to procedures.
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
- Restock supplies for the following day.
- Complete end-of-day cleaning checklist before leaving.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Food service experience is helpful but not required.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
