Requirements
- 10 years of facilities or O&M experience
- 4 years in a management or supervisory role, including GSA or equivalent experience
- Experience managing mechanical maintenance for federal facilities of 500,000 sq. ft.
- PMP (or equivalent), BOC Level II, and OSHA 30 certifications
- Knowledge of critical systems including UPS, chillers, fire alarms, generators/ATS, switchgear, and BAS
- Experience in project management disciplines
- Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project collaboration tools, including MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with engineers and technicians across project teams
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing documentation across the full project lifecycle, from inception through production
- Demonstrates strong personal ethics, integrity, and professionalism
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities
