CORE is seeking an IT Support Technician for the Midwest region in our Indianapolis office. This role will work with a team of technology professionals across the country to provide exceptional IT service desk support for all CORE employees.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an in-office position that will require occasional travel to other offices and jobsites as needed.
Responsibilities Include
CORE is seeking an IT Support Technician for the Midwest region in our Indianapolis office. This role will work with a team of technology professionals across the country to provide exceptional IT service desk support for all CORE employees.

Responsibilities Include
- Provide timely and high-quality resolutions to end-user issues and requests across all national offices
- Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications
- Provision services and equipment for users
- Configure and troubleshoot printing and multifunction devices
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, primarily iOS devices
- Support Microsoft Teams meeting rooms and other conference room technology
- Assist in the setup and support of remote jobsites and offices including but not limited to network cabling, printer configuration, and coordination with project teams
- Maintain an accurate and well-organized inventory of IT assets
- Preferred to have at least three years of IT service desk support experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system and Office 365 application support
- MacOS and Apple iOS troubleshooting experience
- Basic understanding of AD/Entra and Office 365/Exchange administration
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting both local and remote users
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- A positive, professional, and empathetic attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong learning aptitude and desire to continuously improve
- Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
- Must be willing to travel
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as perform tasks that may require bending, standing, and working in various office or jobsite environments.
