KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, including drafting correspondence and basic legal documents
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents for filing and distribution
- Handle electronic and physical filing, including e-filing in state and federal courts
- Maintain and organize case files, client records, and internal documentation
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
- Assist with billing activities, time entry, and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements and general office support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in a legal assistant or administrative support role within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with document management and time/billing systems is a plus
- Familiarity with court procedures and e-filing preferred
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
