Job Description:
Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent role reporting 3x per week to their NYC office. The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling a high-volume of interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & coordinating a high-volume of interviews (both virtual/in-person)
- Maintaining and updating the company's Applicant Tracking System
- Partnering with various teams across the organization to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient recruitment process
- Preparing offer letters and sending new hire packets
- Ad-hoc special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, with a proven record of academic achievement
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination in a corporate office setting
- Experience coordinating schedules and interfacing with external and internal clients
- Extremely organized & able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once
