Role: Recruiting Coordinator Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, high-impact Recruiting Coordinator Manager to lead and develop our team of Recruiting Coordinators. This leader will elevate performance, build recruiting muscle, strengthen process discipline, and ensure our teams deliver exceptional results in a fast-moving environment.
This role is ideal for someone who has managed Coordinators, understands GTM hiring deeply, and thrives in a high-growth, high-expectation environment.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Recruiting Coordinators.
- Build recruiting skillsets around scheduling strategy, messaging, role alignment, and GTM fluency.
- Run weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, training sessions, and real-time coaching.
- Foster a culture of speed, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and integrate new Recruiting Coordinators as the team expands.
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to GTM roles (Sales, SDR, Marketing, CS, RevOps).
- 2–3 years leading or mentoring recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong ability to develop recruiting coordinators into high-performing contributors.
- Metrics-driven mindset with a track record of managing performance effectively.
- High EQ, strong communication, and the ability to coach with clarity and empathy.
- Operates with urgency, ownership, and consistency.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth company where priorities move fast.
- Open to SDR Managers who are looking to break into recruiting space
