Core Molding Technologies is hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through new product launches using our structured Launch Process.
In this role, you’ll manage complex, multi-site programs—ensuring flawless execution in cost, quality, and timing across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer teams.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program execution from planning through launch
Manage timelines, scope, budgets, and risk across multiple initiatives
Coordinate stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and vendor support
Develop project plans, statements of work, and reporting documentation
Track KPIs (cost, PPAP, timing, quality) and drive issue resolution
Host weekly team meetings and deliver executive-level updates
Support process improvements and promote program management standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5 years of program/project management experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communicator with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience with ERP, PLM, and customer launch processes
PMP certification or formal project management training preferred
MBA or experience with financial project reporting a plus
Job Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Travel: Up to 20% (plant launches, supplier support, customer visits)
Location: Office-based with some on-site involvement
Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs
