Healthcare Recruiter

Cordial Health is a rapidly growing behavioral health organization providing psychiatric services across nursing homes and post-acute care settings. We work with a network of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) to deliver consistent, high-quality care across multiple facilities.

We are seeking a full-time, in-house recruiter to join our Brooklyn office and focus on recruiting psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs).

This role is highly focused on candidate sourcing, outreach, and pipeline development, working closely with leadership and our internal recruiting team to meet ongoing hiring demands.

• Source and recruit psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs) across targeted regions
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, job boards, direct messaging, and networking
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate flow
• Work closely with leadership to prioritize hiring needs
• Track recruiting activity and maintain organized candidate records

• Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred (PMHNP or mental health recruiting strongly preferred)
• Strong sourcing and outreach skills
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
