Position Overview:
Copyleaks is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our expanding team. As a key member of the business operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting different departments, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our CRM system. This position offers the opportunity for career development and growth within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to assess, recommend, and implement best practices within Salesforce CRM.
- Maintain CRM data integrity through efficient management of data imports, validation rules, audits and deduplication processes.
- Assist Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams in updating sales documentation, aligning collateral materials, and managing deal payments and record-keeping.
- Support the sales team in the creation, response, and submission of RFQs, RFIs and RFPs.
- Conduct Salesforce data maintenance, analyze performance metrics, and assist in Salesforce reporting/dashboard management.
- Support CRM administration, fields creation, automations and integrations.
- Assure quality of sales related proposals, presentations and documentation and update as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, sales and/or marketing roles with a strong understanding of CRM administration and processes.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and maximize its potential for strategic growth.
- Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Location: New York (hybrid). We meet in the office (located in Flatiron) 3 days a week.
