POSITION: Recruiting Coordinator
LOCATION: New York, NY (onsite 5 days a week)
COMPENSATION: $70-80K range DOE guaranteed first year bonus excellent benefits
HOURS: 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility required)
Our client is looking for a detail-driven Recruiting Coordinator (RC) who excels at organization and prioritizes delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This role plays a key part in supporting the overall recruiting operation, helping ensure that both candidates and internal teams move through the hiring process smoothly. The RC will oversee all aspects of interview scheduling and the upkeep of recruiting tools and systems. In addition, they will partner closely with applicants, hiring leaders, interview teams, and external stakeholders while utilizing platforms such as Greenhouse, Handshake, and various calendar management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and with various stakeholders
- Manage all candidate communications, including status updates, confirmations, and travel coordination
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruiting reports and metrics
- Prepare interview materials, track feedback, and support campus recruiting events
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting operations and elevate the candidate experience
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent calendar management and scheduling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse & Handshake) and other coordination tools
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
