Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance, Treasury, and Capital Markets stakeholders to define and prototype requirements related to Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Finance ROE
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured guidance for technology teams
- Support implementation by working closely with developers to ensure accurate execution of financial logic
- Perform testing, validation, and reconciliation of results to ensure accuracy and alignment with business intent
Qualifications
- Experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, or Finance analytics; Fixed Income/mortgages experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of balance sheet, funding, and financial performance metrics (e.g., ROE)
- Proven ability to translate business concepts into analytical or technical requirements
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis are a plus
