Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in Westminster, CO. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and develop staff, ensure customer satisfaction, implement budgets, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include overseeing the Limited Service Food & Beverage operations and managing business strategies to achieve financial and guest service goals while adhering to company standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in General Management, Business Management, and team leadership
- Strong skills in Customer Service with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of Limited Service Food & Beverage operations and hospitality industry standards
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage operations effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications or professional memberships in hospitality management are advantageous
