Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales for a full-time, on-site position at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Norman, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.

- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of driving revenue growth and securing new accounts
- Experience in Sales Operations, including CRM management, forecasting, and pipeline development
