We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep our day-to-day accounting operations running smoothly. This role offers a mix of bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping, with the opportunity to work across several areas of the accounting function.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare bank statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure transactions are accurately reflected in accounting records.
• Process vendor payments through ACH, checks, wire transfers, and electronic payment platforms.
• Record vendor payments, maintain accounts payable records, and reconcile vendor statements.
• Prepare customer invoices, post incoming payments, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving payments, invoices, and account balances.
• Maintain financial records, assist with general ledger updates, and perform routine account reconciliations.
• Prepare basic accounting reports and assist with month-end activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bookkeeping or general accounting experience, including AP or AR responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience preparing bank statement reconciliations and researching discrepancies is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to research and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
