We're looking for an AP/AR Accounting Analyst to join our finance team and play an active role in keeping daily accounting operations accurate and running smoothly. This position combines hands-on accounts payable and receivable work with account reconciliations, transaction research, and discrepancy resolution, using NetSuite to maintain reliable financial records.

You'll work directly with the Controller, gaining visibility into broader accounting operations while taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities. If you enjoy working with numbers, tracking down discrepancies, and understanding why something doesn't balance, this role offers the opportunity to put those skills to use.

What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices in NetSuite, verify supporting documentation, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded and ready for payment.
• Perform three-way matching by comparing vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving records to verify accuracy before processing payments.
• Coordinate vendor payments, maintain accurate AP records, and track outstanding invoices and payment items.
• Handle accounts receivable activities, including applying incoming payments, reviewing customer account activity, and maintaining accurate records.
• Perform account reconciliations, research variances, and resolve discrepancies across invoices, payments, and financial records.
• Investigate billing and transaction issues, working with vendors and internal business partners to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
• Use Excel to analyze transaction data, track outstanding items, and support reconciliations and account reviews.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation within NetSuite and other internal systems.
• Work directly with the Controller on daily accounting operations, reporting needs, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Previous experience using NetSuite in an accounting or transactional finance role.
• Hands-on experience with three-way matching, including verifying vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving records.
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to work comfortably with financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Clear communication skills when working with vendors and internal teams.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate records.
