We are an established interior design company specializing in thoughtfully curated commercial spaces, bringing together furniture, flooring, lighting, artwork, and finishes to create cohesive and compelling environments.  

Our team works across a variety of commercial settings, including hotels, corporate offices, hospitality venues, and other professional environments, tailoring each project to the unique needs of the space and the people who use it. By combining industry expertise, creative thinking, and a commitment to quality, we bring together the products and details that make each space feel complete. 

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help strengthen our brand, bring our work to a wider audience, and support the continued growth of the business. This person will play an important role in analyzing marketing performance, tracking campaign metrics, and using data-driven insights to optimize initiatives and drive measurable business results. 

Day to Day:  

• Develop and distribute marketing materials that showcase design projects, product offerings, and brand messaging while tracking engagement and lead generation. 
• Create and update brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and digital assets using Canva while maintaining brand consistency. 
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns and print materials, measuring response rates and overall campaign effectiveness. 
• Manage website content, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising, tracking traffic, engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. 
• Monitor SEO performance, Google Business Profile activity, and online reputation metrics to improve search visibility and increase inbound inquiries. 
• Lead marketing projects from concept to completion, coordinating internal teams and external partners while tracking budgets, timelines, and project outcomes. 
• Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, sponsorships, and client initiatives, measuring attendance, engagement, and resulting business opportunities. 
• Develop marketing campaigns and sales materials that support business development, tracking their contribution to lead generation and client acquisition. 
• Maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports, analyzing campaign results, website analytics, and KPIs to identify trends and recommend improvements. 

Qualifications:  

• 1–2 years of marketing experience across social media, SEO/AEO, content, and marketing communications. 
• Strong project management skills with the ability to own projects, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. 
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and measuring results. 
• Proficiency in Canva, social media, email marketing, and CRM systems; event coordination preferred. 
• Excellent communication, grammar, and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset, strong accountability, and desire for long-term growth.
