We’re hiring a Talent & People Operations Coordinator to help us scale our team, culture, and internal systems during a period of rapid growth. This role sits at the center of people, process, and execution—supporting hiring managers, partnering closely with the Director of Finance & Operations, and ensuring our people operations run smoothly as we grow.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, people-first, and excited to own systems while collaborating cross-functionally. You’ll help shape how we hire, promote, manage, and bring our team together—literally and culturally.
What You’ll DoTalent & Hiring Support
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate and streamline the hiring process
- Manage job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offers
- Help standardize hiring workflows and best practices as the company scales
- Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a great employee experience
People Operations & Culture
- Support managers with promotions, performance processes, and team development
- Help run OKR management processes across teams (tracking, updates, cadence)
- Coordinate company offsites, team events, and culture-building initiatives
- Act as a go-to resource for employees on people ops questions and processes
Systems & Administration
- Own and administer Gusto (payroll, benefits, employee records)
- Maintain people data, documentation, and internal policies
- Partner with Finance & Ops on headcount planning, compensation changes, and compliance
- Help evaluate and implement tools that improve people and talent operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Director of Finance & Operations to align people ops with financial planning
- Support leadership with reporting, planning, and operational visibility
- Ensure people-related processes scale alongside business growth
- 2–5 years of experience in People Ops, Talent Ops, HR coordination, or similar roles
- Experience supporting hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable owning systems and processes (Gusto experience a big plus)
- Experience with OKRs or performance management frameworks preferred
- Excellent communicator with a people-first mindset
