We’re looking for a Director of Finance & Operations to help scale the financial and operational backbone of a rapidly growing, VC-backed SaaS company. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy.

You’ll partner closely with the executive team to bring rigor, clarity, and scalability to how we run the business—while still rolling up your sleeves and building where needed. Finance & Strategic Planning

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across the company
• Build and maintain operating models, cash flow forecasts, and KPI dashboards
• Partner with leadership on pricing, unit economics, and growth strategy
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investors, and fundraising efforts
• Ensure strong financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance
• Work alongside outsourced firm for financial rigor
• Own state and local taxes Corporate compliance

Operations & Scale

• Design and optimize operational processes to support 3–5x growth
• Oversee core operational functions (billing, rev rec, vendor management, tooling)
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations
• Identify bottlenecks and implement systems that scale with the business
• Support hiring plans, headcount modeling, and resource allocation

Leadership & Ownership

• Act as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and exec team
• Build, mentor, and lead future finance/ops team members
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Bring structure without slowing momentum

• 5 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or related leadership roles
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments (VC-backed strongly preferred)
• Strong FP&A background with operational acumen
• Proven ability to scale processes in fast-changing environments
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and building from scratch
• Excellent communication skills with executives, investors, and operators
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, burn, etc.)
