Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust software solutions across clients with various ERP systems (Epicor P21, Infor CSD, SAP, Eclipse, Netsuite and more)
· Collaborate with product management and sales team for alignment on project stakeholders and development requirements.
· Advise clients on best practices related to reverse logistics and integration strategy.
· Deliver projects on time and adhere to scoping documents while keeping client satisfaction to a premium
· Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless transition and handoff.
· Technical enough to understand how technical solutions map to business outcomes
· Participate in agile processes with product management and developers to achieve key milestones within a project.
Requirements:
· Experience leading multi-stakeholder, multi-department projects.
· Supply chain (distribution & manufacturing) experience is highly valued
· Experience working with technology that has integration to ERP is critical
