Key Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic assessments and reassessments tailored to patient age and condition.
- Analyze data to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.
- Provide and coordinate nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and outcomes, utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain professional standards and contribute to quality care delivery.
- Ability to float between designated units, including Med/Surg, IMC, Critical Care, and Emergency departments.
- Diploma or Associate’s degree required; BSN or MSN preferred.
- Experience requirements vary by unit, with critical care requiring two years of experience and certification in ACLS, PALS, and MANDT within six months.
- Must hold an active Oklahoma RN license, BLS, and other relevant certifications, maintaining them throughout employment.
