- Supervise patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
- Collaborate across departments for coordinated care and provide direct patient support when needed.
- Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrate patient milestones and contribute to positive outcomes.
- Valid RN licensure as per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
