- Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.
- Implement and coordinate care plans using professional judgment, current standards, and policies.
- Evaluate patient outcomes through critical thinking and evidence-based practices, facilitating safe discharges.
- Maintain professional practice standards and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Ability to float between approved units: Med/Surg, IMC, Critical Care, and Emergency Department.
- Education: Diploma, ADN required; BSN or MSN preferred.
- Experience: Varies by unit, from 1 to 2 years in relevant areas, with specialized critical care experience for ICU roles.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS, and unit-specific certifications such as NIHSS, ACLS, PALS, and MANDT, maintained throughout employment.
