Responsibilities include responding to crisis calls, conducting risk assessments, offering brief crisis counseling, and following up with clients in various settings such as homes, hospitals, and law enforcement agencies.

Key Duties
- Respond to crisis and non-crisis calls, providing mobile crisis response when needed
- Assess client needs and determine appropriate interventions
- Gather information and connect clients to community resources
- Maintain relationships with county staff, law enforcement, courts, and community partners
- Document interactions in compliance with relevant regulations
- Identify service gaps and suggest improvements
- Stay informed on laws, procedures, and best practices
- Support the mission and perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- At least one year of mental health experience preferred
- Knowledge of community resources and crisis assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and build effective relationships
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within 1 hour to Adams or Juneau County
