We are seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies in Adams and Juneau Counties.

- Responding to crisis calls and providing mobile crisis response when needed
- Conducting risk assessments and determining appropriate interventions
- Offering brief crisis counseling and follow‑up services
- Meeting clients in homes, hospitals, law enforcement settings, or community locations
- Responding to suicide or emergency calls and gathering information from various sources
- Assessing client needs, connecting them to community resources, and maintaining strong partnerships with county staff and community agencies
- Documenting interactions in compliance with regulations and identifying service gaps for improvements
- Staying informed on laws, procedures, and best practices related to crisis services
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Preferred minimum of one year working with mental health clients
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to learn relevant laws and statutes
- Strong crisis assessment, decision-making skills, and professionalism under pressure
- Ability to build relationships with diverse populations
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within one hour to crisis locations
