Crisis Services Professional - On Call

We are seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies in Adams and Juneau Counties.

Key responsibilities include responding to crisis calls, conducting risk assessments, providing brief crisis counseling, and connecting clients to community resources. You will meet clients in various settings, respond to emergency situations, document interactions, and collaborate with law enforcement, courts, and community partners. Maintaining professionalism, staying informed on laws and procedures, and supporting organizational values are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
• Experience working with mental health clients preferred
• Knowledge of community resources and crisis assessment skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within 1 hour
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and build relationships with diverse populations
