Summary
Seeking a Senior Adaptive Planning Solutions Analyst to design, build, and support enterprise planning solutions. This role partners with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing models using Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with FP&A, Operations, and business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and UAT scenarios
• Design, build, and enhance Adaptive Planning models (sheets, dimensions, calculations)
• Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with best practices
• Monitor data integrations and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, mapping, and reconciliation issues
• Support UAT, deployments, and ongoing model optimization
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on end-to-end data flows
• Maintain documentation and continuously improve planning processes

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of experience in IT, Finance, or related function
• 3 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools
• Experience building budgeting, forecasting, or workforce planning solutions
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and data modeling concepts
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with data integrations or ETL processes
• Exposure to other EPM platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Experience across multiple planning domains (Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Interest in growing into solution architecture or platform leadership
