Enterprise Sales Director, ERP Services

$175K base / $400K OTE
This is a high-level individual contributor role with an opportunity to scale a growing Oracle/NetSuite ERP practice through new logo acquisition, account expansion, and cross-stack selling.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales motion — pipeline generation, deal strategy, negotiation, and close
- Develop and execute enterprise account plans focused on long-term growth
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand engagements within existing accounts
- Partner with solution architects and practice leaders to scope and position high-value engagements
- Drive market presence through relationship development, alliance coordination, and thought leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CxO-level stakeholders navigating complex enterprise environments
What You'll Bring
- 8 years of selling ERP Managed services (NetSuite or Oracle Fusion)
- Well-versed in ERP implementations from scratch, understanding the entire process
- Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting or services environment
- Deep functional or technical understanding of NetSuite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Track record of self-generated pipeline and quota attainment — not dependent on inbound or large team
- Existing relationships within the Oracle ecosystem and partner channel
- Strong business operations skills — forecasting, margin awareness, business planning
- Exceptional executive communication skills — you're comfortable owning the room with a CFO or CIO
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent experience
