Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-stakes commercial and real estate litigation matters in Colorado state courts.
- Provide strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues, serving as a key advisor to clients and the firm.
- Lead and mentor attorneys, ensuring their professional development and the delivery of high-quality work.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process.
- Efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes.
- Participate actively in business development efforts to expand the firm's litigation practice and enhance client relationships.
- 10 years of active litigation experience, with substantial expertise in commercial and real estate, litigation.
- Extensive trial experience and ability to lead complex litigation from inception to resolution.
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Colorado.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Strategic thinker with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong client management skills, focused on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategies.

Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
