What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Performance Creative position at Constant Hire?
We're partnering with a fast-growing, bootstrapped consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple DTC brands across eCommerce, Amazon, and retail, and they’re looking for a Head of Performance Creative to lead creative strategy across their portfolio.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands that great creative is about performance first, not just aesthetics.
You’ll own the full creative flywheel:
- Driving high-volume performance creative across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, UGC, landing pages, and Amazon
- Building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing in-house creative team across design, copy, video, and performance creative
- Creating testing frameworks that improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Partnering closely with Growth Data teams to scale what works
- Leading creative strategy across multiple fast-growing consumer brands
They’re looking for someone with:
- Strong direct response / performance creative experience
- Deep DTC or CPG background
- Experience building creative systems that drive measurable revenue
- Leadership across both internal teams external agencies
- A scrappy, startup-minded mentality with strong strategic thinking
