The Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and creatively driven Marketing/Creative Director to take the helm of the Liquid Graphics brand. This is a unique, dual-threat leadership role that requires a mind for data-driven B2B growth and an eye for cutting-edge apparel design.

You will own our overarching marketing strategy, launch our new web presence, and significantly expand our social footprint to support our sales team's push into new markets. Beyond traditional marketing, you will also lead our internal creative department, overseeing brand initiatives, internal culture building, and high-level art projects for our diverse client roster.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Growth


  • Vertical Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans tailored to our growth strategy, specifically targeting decision-makers in the F&B, Travel, Hospitality, Corporate, and Tourism spaces.
  • Digital & Web Leadership: Spearhead the launch, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the new Liquid Graphics website.
  • SEO & Inbound: Build and manage robust SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, drive inbound B2B traffic, and generate high-quality leads for the sales team.


Brand & Social Media Dominance

  • Social Growth: Own and aggressively scale our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating compelling content that highlights our facility, production capabilities, and premium apparel.
  • Culture Building: Leverage internal and external marketing efforts to champion the Liquid Graphics company culture, boosting employee engagement and positioning us as a top-tier employer in Southern California.


Creative Direction & Team Leadership

  • Creative Management: Lead, mentor, and manage our internal creative and design teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Client Art Projects: Oversee and manage new, high-profile custom art and design projects for clients, ensuring all deliverables meet Liquid Graphics' world-class standards from concept to production.


Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 years of proven experience as a strong marketing leader, preferably in a B2B, manufacturing, or agency environment.
  • Design & Software Skills: A strong background in graphic design with expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Apparel Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in apparel design, custom merchandising, or the garment manufacturing industry is highly preferred and will be critical to understanding our product lifecycle.
  • Leadership Traits: * A strategic thinker who can pivot seamlessly between high-level planning and hands-on creative execution.

-Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle internal marketing campaigns and external client deliverables simultaneously.
