The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, highly driven Outside Sales Representative to spearhead our expansion into exciting new verticals. While we have deep roots in action sports, entertainment, streetwear, and corporate merchandise, we are aggressively targeting the Food & Beverage, Travel, Hospitality, Corporate and Tourism sectors.
In this role, you will be the tip of the spear—identifying massive opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and showing world-class resorts, restaurant groups, and travel brands how Liquid Graphics can elevate their merchandise, uniforms, and retail offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively prospect, hunt, and close new B2B accounts within the Food & Beverage, Travel, Hospitality, corporate and Tourism industries.
- Territory Management: Manage a targeted pipeline of prospects across the Southern California region and beyond, conducting frequent in-person meetings, facility tours, and presentations.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique merchandising, uniform, and retail needs of clients in these new verticals, providing tailored, high-ROI apparel solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution from initial pitch to final delivery.
- Market Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to position Liquid Graphics as the premier apparel partner for these emerging markets.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and KPIs, significantly expanding our footprint outside of our legacy channels.
Qualifications
- Location: Must reside locally in the Los Angeles or Orange County, CA area with the ability to travel throughout the territory.
- Experience: 7 years of proven outside sales experience, with a track record of crushing quotas and generating net-new business.
- Industry Expertise: Direct experience in manufactured apparel sales (custom merchandising, cut-and-sew, screen printing, or uniform programs) is strictly required.
- Network: An existing book of business or a strong network within the F&B, hospitality, travel, corporate, or tourism sectors is a massive plus.
- Skills: * Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
-Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with large organizations and enterprise-level clients.
-Self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage a remote/field-based schedule.
-Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline and metrics.
