Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (9AM–6PM seeing patients) Thursday (9AM–6PM-management day)

About The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a high-performance healthcare clinic.
That means:
- Leading the team
- Owning performance metrics
- Ensuring patients move through care efficiently
- Driving consistency, accountability, and growth
You are not assisting. You are operating the business.
You will work directly with the CEO/Owner to build and scale operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage and lead front desk, case manager, back office team, and doctors
- Track and improve key performance metrics (show rate, visit volume, patient flow)
- Run daily huddles and weekly KPI meetings
- Ensure all patients receive a high-level, organized experience
- Oversee scheduling, follow-ups, and operational efficiency
- Identify problems quickly and implement solutions
- Support hiring, training, and team development
- Maintain a structured, high-performance culture

- Scaling to $3M
- Planning expansion into multiple locations across Orange County

Training & Development
You will be trained directly by the CEO/Owner on how the clinic operates and scales.
This includes:

You’ll learn how to operate and scale a real business using data.
