What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with engineering professionals across the United States.
• Learning how to recruit within specialist engineering markets.
• Speaking with candidates and clients every day.
• Developing your own specialist market and becoming known within your niche.
• Managing interview processes from start to finish.
• Negotiating offers and helping people make career-changing decisions.
• Working alongside experienced recruiters who will coach and develop you.
• Contributing to the growth of Conrad Consulting USA.

Previous recruitment experience isn't essential.
