Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Maitland, FL, for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will handle sourcing and screening candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and offering consultative advice to candidates. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling candidates, assessing candidate fit, collaborating with clients to meet hiring needs, and maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Cold calling experience is a plus
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
