Hays Recruitment’s Construction team in Maitland, Florida is a market-leading group that connects skilled professionals with career opportunities across the construction and property sector. Your New Role

• Develop new client relationships and expand your network through outbound calls, client meetings, networking, and industry events.
• Use a consultative, relationship-based sales approach to build and manage a successful book of business.
• Source, recruit, interview, assess, and place highly skilled professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities.
• Build a strong network of active and passive candidates through creative sourcing, referrals, and networking.
• Establish long-term relationships with clients and candidates through consistent, value-added communication.
• Grow client relationships within your designated market and act quickly on new business leads.
• Maintain contact with prospective and placed candidates to strengthen your professional network and generate referrals.
• Build foundational recruitment skills across candidate identification and engagement while taking ownership of your development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through Learning & Development programs.
• Demonstrate Hays values, vision, standards, and expectations for high performance.

What You Bring

• One to two years of experience in a sales-related role, ideally including outbound business development.
• A results-oriented, resilient, authentic, and trustworthy approach.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• A commitment to continuous learning, personal development, and professional growth.

What You’ll Receive

• Base salary of $47,000-$50,000 (based on experience) and an uncapped commission plan ranging from 15% to 50%.
• A hybrid and flexible work schedule.
• Paid time off starting at 22 days, plus two floating holidays and two volunteer days. Top producers may qualify for unlimited PTO.
