Water/Wastewater Project Manager (PE)
Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $140,000–$170,000 Bonus Excellent Benefits, ESOP
We're partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join their growing Richmond team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of municipal water and wastewater projects while mentoring junior engineers and building lasting client relationships!
What You'll Do
- Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality.
- Support business development and help grow the Water team.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- PE license required.
- 8 years of Water/Wastewater engineering experience.
- Experience with treatment plants, pump stations, water distribution, or wastewater collection systems.
- Strong project management and client-facing skills.
