Build quality products with precision and care—every shift, every unit. You’ll be the hands and mind guiding cutting-edge machinery to deliver reliable results.

At shift start, you review the day’s specs, set up your machine, and confirm parameters. Mid-run, a variation appears—you quickly diagnose, correct the issue, and bring the process back into control. By close, you’ve hit targets, maintained a spotless station, and logged clear production data for the next teammate.
