Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
Position OverviewA growing manufacturing organization is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee production operations, drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of manufacturing personnel in a fast-paced production environment. This is a fully onsite leadership opportunity supporting a growing operation.
Responsibilities- Supervise manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations during second shift.
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees and team leads.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate staffing and work assignments to ensure efficient utilization of labor and equipment.
- Partner with production planning, quality, maintenance, and management teams to support operational goals.
- Train and onboard new employees.
- Analyze production metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Generate reports related to employee performance and production results.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring activities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing production staff in a fast-paced setting.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
- Four or more years of manufacturing experience, including management responsibilities.
- Experience with employee coaching, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manufacturing and warehouse setting.
- Fully onsite.
