Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to support indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations within a large enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing end-to-end sourcing initiatives, negotiating vendor contracts, and working with enterprise procurement platforms such as Zycus, Coupa, or SAP Ariba.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RFx/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect procurement categories.
- Negotiate supplier contracts in collaboration with Legal and internal business stakeholders.
- Manage procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, and supplier order confirmations.
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- Evaluate vendor performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop alternative supply sources.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to internal stakeholders using procurement systems.
- Support supplier programs, catalog implementations, and procurement process improvements.
- Manage indirect spend categories, including Corporate Services, IT, Telecommunications, Facilities/MRO, and Contractor Services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent college degree required.
- Extensive experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing within a large corporate or enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing RFx/RFP processes and end-to-end sourcing initiatives.
- Direct experience negotiating supplier contracts and collaborating with Legal teams.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, such as Zycus, Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP, or Ivalua.
- Strong understanding of supplier management, purchasing operations, and procurement compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a procurement professional who can independently manage sourcing initiatives, navigate complex enterprise procurement processes, and effectively partner with Legal, suppliers, and internal business teams.
Experience with indirect procurement, contract negotiations, and enterprise P2P systems is essential.
