Assembler – 1st Shift
Pay: $22/hr.
Location: Bristol, RI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Duration: Through 1/25/27, with potential to extend
We are looking for an Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Bristol, RI. This role focuses on finishing, inspecting, and packaging molded products while making sure everything meets quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Trim and deburr molded plastic components
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks
- Package finished products
- Prepare materials for inventory and shipping
- Follow written work instructions and safety procedures
- Complete basic production paperwork and records
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous assembly, finishing, packaging, or injection molding experience is a plus
- Good attention to detail
- Able to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math and counting skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with visual inspections or measuring tools is a plus
