Packaging Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packaging Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable performing physical warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure items are properly packaged.
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment.
- Verify product quantities, item numbers, and shipping information.
- Load and unload products and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean packing and warehouse area.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory counts, and other warehouse activities as needed.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, packaging, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
