Assembly & Test Technician
Location: Southborough, MA
Duration: 3-6 months (extension possible)
Hours: 8:30am-5pm
Assembly and Test Technician 1 reports directly to the production/shipping supervisor and is responsible for
- following all applicable processes and procedures during the entire order process.
- Identify & escalate all issues impacting customer orders and work with the responsible parties until a resolution is implemented and the order ships.
Key Responsibilities:
- High energy, self-motivated individual capable of performing system configuration, complex electro-mechanical assembly, inspection, and kitting functions on customer orders.
- Must have outstanding manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work OT as required to meet production targets.
Basic Qualification and Skills:
- High School degree or equivalent is required. College degree is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast paced, customer driven atmosphere
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
