MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT OF POWDER COATING  EXPERIENCE 

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Powder Coater  with a manufacturing company in Santa Ana. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am -4:00pm 

Requirements for the Powder Coater / Industrial Painter:

• 1 year of powder coating or industrial painting experience 
• Must CLEAR E-Verify
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs 
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8–10 hours.
• Ability to perform rapid and repetitive physical work in a production environment.
• Must be comfortable working in a paint booth environment with proper PPE.
• Prior experience in roles such as Powder Coater, Spray Painter, Industrial Painter, Production Painter, Paint Technician, or Manufacturing Associate is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Powder Coater / Industrial Painter:

•  Apply powder coating or industrial paint to metal parts and components using spray equipment.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or blasting prior to coating.
• Hang, rack, and remove parts from the production line before and after coating.
• Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage, thickness, and quality standards are met.
• Manually lift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
•       Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
