Minimum Requirements
- Minimum one year of lab technician, quality control, or similar experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in laboratory or quality control settings
- Familiarity with analytical testing procedures and protocols
- Knowledge of material handling, weighing, and mixing processes
- Experience with equipment calibration and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Mechanical aptitude or previous mechanical experience

Responsibilities
- As an Industrial Lab Technician, you will oversee the manufacturing process and ensure quality standards are met throughout production.
- Receive, label, and safely store samples for testing and analysis
- Determine and perform the appropriate tests needed for analysis and reporting
- Weigh, mix, blend, and mill materials according to specifications
- Organize and store samples in accordance with safety protocols
- Clean and maintain lab equipment, including performing recalibration
- Maintain equipment records and daily work logs with accuracy
Pre-Employment Requirements

- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Must communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
