Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and hardworking Machine Shop Helper to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assisting with hydraulic press machines, operating a forklift, and using handheld grinding tools. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist operators with hydraulic press machine operations
• Operate forklift to move materials and finished products
• Use handheld grinders to clean, smooth, and finish metal parts
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines

Requirements

• Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with hydraulic press machines is a plus
• Must have forklift experience
• Experience using handheld grinding tools (REQUIRED)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
• Must be reliable and able to work assigned shift
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Schedule & Pay

• Day Shift: $16.00/hr
• Night Shift: $16.50/hr
• Lots of overtime available
