TSC is looking for Machine Shop Threadline Helper at our Houston location!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Applies storage compound to threaded ends.
• Thread protectors on pipe as directed by shop order.
• Performs pipe and coupling make-up gauging during production if required.
• Responsible for clean-up work area and outbound areas
• Working safely and following safety policies/procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and/or move on a regular basis objects up to 10 lbs.
• Must be able to lift and/or move on a frequently basis objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to lift and/or move on an occasionally basis objects more than 100 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required; close, distance, color, peripheral vision. Depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend and crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb and balance.
• Pass Pre-employment drug test and physical test

Job Type: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $15 Over Time

Schedule:

• Mon – Sun 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Language:

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not needed
